Grande Ultra® WPI, Grande® Grade A Yogurt Powder and its Grande WPCrisp® ingredient are designed to help food manufacturers meet the growing consumer demand for products that taste great and have a high nutritional value without compromising taste or texture. Grandes whey products originate with its own grade A milk and proceed through a proprietary cold filtration process.

Grande Ultra WPI is a unique whey-protein isolate (WPI) that can be used in sports drinks, fruit drinks, protein drinks and nutritional supplements. Grande Ultra WPI is produced using new patent-pending processes to yield a product with a bland, neutral flavor; excellent clarity over a wide pH range; no fat or lactose; and a high-quality source of essential amino acids, including branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs).

Grande Yogurt Powder provides an authentic yogurt flavor and creamy mouthfeel and texture. It can be used in a range of applications such as coatings, dips, candies, snacks, smoothies, nutrition bars and cereal inclusions. It enhances the yogurt flavor of products, while adding texture and creaminess and improving stability.
