BRADENTON, Fla.—HP Ingredients (www.hpingredients.com) announced an exclusive distribution agreement with Shawn Talbott of GLH Nutrition and Supplement Watch Inc. to market Citricoma™, a patent-pending blend of Citrus polymethoxylated flavones (CMF) and Eurycoma longifolia. The company noted the compound is the subject of ongoing research, including a 12-week study in which 29 overweight men on a calorie-restricted diet and moderate exercise program lost weight, lowered low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol levels, and had higher energy levels.
