Network Nutrition Joins the IMCD Group

ROTTERDAM, Netherlands IMCD Group B.V. announced that Network Nutrition will join the Group on October 1, 2013.

Network Nutrition is a distributor of botanical, nutritional and plant enzyme based raw materials, headquartered in Sydney.

The integration between Network Nutrition and IMCD businesses, and the acquisition of Capitol Ingredients Australia, will create the largest specialized natural ingredients provider in the region.

"The IMCD operation will extend the reach of the Network Nutrition range in key target markets like Europe and Asia, where the value proposition they have demonstrated in the Australian and New Zealand market can also be leveraged."

All of Network Nutrition's products will continue under the same brand name while employees seamlessly transfer to IMCD Australia and New Zealand. The two companies said they are excited to deliver new and improved products for a natural healthcare business unit.
