ST. FRANCIS, Wis.Wixon introduced new menu solutions that incorporate several of its innovative signature flavor systems and technologies for the foodservice market during The Flavor Experience conference in Newport Beach, Calif.

The new Savory Malbec & Mango Flavor System features Wix-Fresh Reduced Sodium System (RRS) for meat and Wix-Fresh MinerMax, which promotes flavor integrity, while providing antioxidant benefits. Wixon's Slow-Browning Sugars System is designed for extended fry times for items with batters or coating. The sugars system can be complimented with Wixon's Sweet Lift, a product that enhances sweetness. The company also introduced Salmuera Salt Basting Blends and its new KCLean Salt technology, which pairs well with items like popcorn, while also reducing sodium.
