Novogen Decommissions Extraction Facility

SYDNEY, Australia—Novogen Ltd. (www.novogen.com) announced plans to decommission its isoflavone extraction facility and source red clover isoflavones for its finished products Promensil and Trinovin from a red clover extraction facility in Switzerland. According to Novogen, patents surrounding the products have been granted in most major markets, making the need to protect its intellectual property (IP) by producing raw material in house unnecessary. The company further noted the move will make for a more efficient supply chain, free up cash resources and reduce working capital.
