OmniActive Relocates Headquarters

MORRISTOWN, N.J.OmniActive Health Technologies moved its global sales and marketing headquarters from Mumbai, India to Morristown, N.J. in an effort to strengthen global presence and focus on targeted growth segments.

In addition to the relocation of headquarters, OmniActive relocated key executive team members to North America and hired Lynda Doyle as new vice president of global marketing.

By moving our global sales and marketing headquarters to the U.S. and expanding the footprint of our new product development and research efforts in North America, we are committing ourselves to be even closer to our customers, our partners in business and research , and to our markets," said Abhijit Bhattacharya, president, OmniActive Health Technologies. We have a strong executive team in place to effectively and responsively support current and future customers."

Doyle will be located in Morristown, N.J. and head the marketing and communications efforts to enhance awareness of the company's line of ingredients, including Capsimax, Lutemax and OmniXan .

"As we looked at our worldwide sales goals, it became clear that we needed someone with executive level marketing experience to help us more effectively communicate our strong science, R&D capabilities and understanding of industry drivers to purchase decision makers," said Hiren Doshi, vice president, OmniActive Health Technologies. "Lynda's creative marketing and business development leadership is a welcome addition to our executive team."

Doyle spent 25 years in the dietary supplement and functional food industries and has extensive nutrition , marketing and business development experience. She recently served as vice president of business development at Glanbia Nutritionals.
