LOS ANGELES--SoyPure, a new product by OptiPure(www.optipure.com), has an 80-percentisoflavone content. The composition of the isoflavones is 98-percent daidzein,glycitin and genistin. Due to the high isoflavone content, smaller amounts ofSoyPure can be used in various formulations, resulting in smaller capsule size.
Optipure also announced the launch of Algium, a form ofsodium alginate. It is a soluble fiber extracted from kombu touted for promotingregularity and stabilizing serum cholesterol.
