WALNUT CREEK, Calif.--Parry Nutraceuticals Ltd. was formed here by the Murugappa Group of Chennai (formerly Madras), India. Parry Nutraceuticals Ltd. was organized to become a worldwide raw materials supplier and to market nutraceutical products in India. Parry Nutraceuticals incorporates New Ambadi Estates Pvt. Ltd., producer of Spirulina, and Parry Agro Ltd., producer of Parry's Dunaliella salina Mixed Carotenoids. Sebastian Thomas will oversee manufacturing operations.
