ST PAUL, Minn.—Nancy Senyah, Ph.D., scientific associate for basic research with Deutsche Hefewerke/Hamburg, will show the importance of branched chain amino acid (BCAA) supplementation in sports nutrition. Protient developed a process yielding a non-rGbH whey protein isolate that is further slightly hydrolyzed. This product contains 25-percent more BCAA than most comparable products. Senyah will demonstrate that ProMyoGen is a very versatile ingredient that may be used in baked goods as well as powder and liquid formulas.
