Soy Labs Focusing on Ingredients

FAIRFIELD, Calif.—Soy Labs LLC is changing its business focus, exiting the finished products category and concentrating on development and sale of soy ingredients and formulas. The company already supplies two specialty ingredients: AlbumaSoy®, a patent-pending soy albumin extract; and the CORE® formula, a combination of AlbumaSoy, Cissus quadrangularis, chromium polynicotinate, selenium, green tea, folic acid, and vitamins B6 and B12. Soy Labs is also planning to launch a new ingredient, Lunasin XP™, in the second quarter.
