ST. LOUISSolae introduced a soy protein multigrain nugget called SUPRO® Nugget 173. This new nugget provides good flavor, texture and appearance, with the added addition of increased shelf life. The SUPRO Nugget 173 is comprised of 60-percent soy protein and 40-percent multigrain (rice, oat and barley.) Using patent-pending technology, SUPRO Nugget 173 is designed for use in a variety of products, including bars, snacks, baked goods, cereals and more.
