The Nexsoy processing method is entirely mechanical, eliminating traditional chemical processing with solvents such as hexane. The product line includes expeller-pressed and physically-refined, non-hydrogenated soybean oil; low-fat soy flour and soy grits; soy and rice cereal bases; and a complete line of textured soy proteins, which can be used in meatless food products.
