Sunrich Targets Niche Markets With Veggie Burgers

HOPE, Minn.Sunrich Food Group (www.sunrich.com) introduced four varieties of Sunrich Naturals veggieburgers, which are targeted to the niche markets of organic and gluten-free.Available in Classic Soy, Country Garden, Portabella Mushroom and Cheddar Cheesevarieties, the new burgers are scheduled to hit store shelves by January 2004.

In additional company news, Sunrich also added a line offrozen edamame to its Sunrich Naturals line. The non-genetically modified,conventionally grown edamame is available at groceries nationwide, includingFred Meyer, Dahls, Lunds, Wild Oats and New Seasons.
