Sunwin, WILD Develop Stevia Distribution Agreement

QUFU, ChinaWILD Flavors GmbH acquired more than seven million shares of Sunwin Stevia International, Inc., creating a worldwide stevia distribution agreement. Sunwin is a global provider of stevia extracts, including Rebaudioside A 98. WILD, headquartered in Switzerland, supplies natural ingredients to the food and beverage industry.

Under the new agreement, WILD has the non-exclusive worldwide right to market and resell Sunwin's stevia products. It also grants Sunwin exclusive ownership of certain flavor formulations using stevia extracts developed by WILD, valued at approximately US$2 million.

Sunwin and WILD initially formed a partnership in 2011, expanding the companies' sweetener options.
