Flavex ProteinIngredients debuted Flavex CFF, a cholesterol-free fat made from GRAS(generally recognized as safe) ingredients. Flavex Protein(www.flavexprotein.com) also showed Flavex 95, a natural, functionalhydrocolloid protein that holds ingredients and flavors in a colloidal gel.Flavonoid Technologies offers an array of bioflavonoids available as botanicalpowdered extracts from 80 natural sources, as bioflavonoid complexes from citricfruits and as isolated flavonoids. Among the isolated flavonoids are heperetin,naringin, naringenin, apigenin, diosmin, diosmetin, neohesperidindihydrochalcone and hydroxytyrosol.
