Samples of a gluten-free cookie that  features the performance of xanthan gum will also be offered. The cookies and milk samples represent new innovations in healthy and indulgent snacks.

Additionally, Univar will unveil its interactive formulation tool for selecting ingredients. The tool enables customers to search for new ingredients and provides resources on health and wellness, product enhancement and process improvement. The tool features dozen of ingredients from well-known suppliers, from lower sodium and fat to sugar alternatives and stabilizers for texture enhancement. It will provide suppliers with a new venue to promote current ingredients and launch new ones.
