Zymes, Kaneka Nutrients to Co-Develop

HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, N.J.—Zymes LLC announced that it has signed an exclusive agreement with Kaneka Nutrients L.P. for the co-development and co-marketing of water-soluble KANEKA QH™ (Ubiquinol) using Zymes’ PTS.  Under the terms of the agreement, Zymes and Kaneka will co-market the water-soluble liquid and powder formulations of PTS / Kaneka QH (Ubiquinol) for use in food, beverages and dietary supplements in the United States, Canada and Mexico.  The agreement also provides for a non-exclusive co-marketing agreement for PTS / KANEKA Q10.
