MISSOULA, Mont.In a new study published in the Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition, researchers found Peak ATP reduces muscle fatigue while maintaining greater strength during repeated sets.

Researchers from Iowa State University conducted the randomized, placebo-controlled, double blind study to evaluate the effects of 200 mg of Peak ATP (TSI Group) twice a day in healthy adults. The study showed the dosage allowed participants to perform knee extension and flexion sets with less muscle fatigue, in addition to increased strength. The subjects used the supplement for 15 days.

TSI is a Hong Kong-based ingredient developer and manufacturer. In September, the company finalized its acquisition of Yessamin Health Company, a Norweigan-invested contract manufacturing facility in China.
