ADM Named Most Admired in Industry

DECATUR, Ill. Fortune magazine named Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM) the most-admired company in the food production industry for the second year in a row. Fortunes list of the Worlds Most Admired Companies is published annually and ranks companies in a variety of industries ranging from food production and pharmaceuticals to insurance and telecommunications.

ADM also garnered the top spot in the food production industry in seven of the nine categories by which companies are evaluatedinnovation, use of corporate assets, social responsibility, quality of management, financial soundness, long-term investment and quality of products/services. ADM improved its overall score from its 2009 industry-leading ranking.
