OMAHA, N.E.—The European Union has once again granted American Laboratories Inc. (ALI) approval to ship various manufactured goods, including enzymes, diagnostics, liver products and peptone hydrolysates, to EU countries.

The EU has strict import regulations for manufacturers of animal-based products to meet. To earn the approval, ALI submitted an application many supporting documents reviewed by the USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) Veterinary Service Office. USDA APHIS employees also inspected all of ALI’s facilities.  The approval is renewed annually.
