Antipasto Products Recalled Over Listeria

WASHINGTONCalabro Cheese, an East Haven, Conn., firm, is recalling approximately 57 pounds of Rotolini meat and cheese roll appetizer products because they may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, USDAs Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced Nov. 23.

The recall involves 8-ounce packages of "CALABRO All Natural ROTOLINI Mozzarella & Prosciutto" bearing a white sticker with the lot number "3190" and establishment number "34051M" inside the USDA mark of inspection.

The antipasto products were produced Nov. 15, 2010, and distributed to warehouses and retail outlets in Boston and Springfield, Mass., and Westport, Conn.
