Beef Brisket Recalled

WASHINGTONLone Star Brisket Company, a Thorndale, Texas, establishment, is recalling approximately 14 pounds of smoked beef products that may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today.

The smoked beef brisket products were packaged on October 14, 2009 and distributed to a Department of Defense Commissary in Oklahoma City, Okla.
