CITY OF INDUSTRY, Calif.Blue Pacific Flavors introduced a range of new products during the IFT Food Expo in Chicago. Latin and Asian tastes influenced the True Fruit tropical flavors, including natural Guava, Lychee, Kumquat, Persimmon, Yuzu, Kalamansi, Dalandan, Soursop, Philippine Mango, Tamarindo, Guanabana and Horchata. The flavors are produced using proprietary SRS technology that does not use traditional solvents; the flavors are heat-stable and certified kosher and Halal. Other new products from Blue Pacific include a range of coffee and soy flavors, developed using the Soy Delivery System (SDS) technology, and a line of specialty tea extracts and powders.
