Caravan Ingredients Scores High for Food Safety

LENEXA, Kan.Caravan Ingredients, Inc. scored seven Superior ratings from American Institute of Baking (AIB) International during GMP audits conducted at manufacturing and distribution facilities in Illinois, Kansas, Missouri and New Jersey. Two facilities in New Jersey also obtained British Retail Consortium (BRC), and three more sites are scheduled to complete BRC certification early in 2012. Both AIB and BRC are globally recognized for their food safety and quality certification programs.
