Clarkson Soy Gains Distribution Rights For Organic Soy Lecithin

CERRO GORDO, Ill.Clarkson Soy Products has partnered with Molino Oleificio Manzoni S.r.l. for exclusive North American distribution rights for its organic soy lecithin. The first shipments or soy products are expected to arrive in mid-January 2013.

Molino Oleificio Manzoni is based in Italy and produces organic oil and meal from soybeans, sunflower, rapeseed and safflower and uses a process identical to Clarkson's, ensuring that soy products will meet organic certification regulations.
