COLOGNE, Germany--Direvo Biotech AG and Danisco A/S in lateNovember announced signing a collaboration agreement to jointly develop anindustrial enzyme. Under terms of the agreement, Direvo (www.direvo.com)will receive research and development funding, milestone payments and royaltieson future product sales, and Danisco (www.danisco.com)will obtain worldwide rights to commercialize the products developed in thecollaboration.
