DSM Trains Food-Safety Officials

SHANGHAIDSM recently hosted 41 food-safety officials from 20 countries at its headquarters and R&D center in China for a seminar on Food Safety Management for Developing Countries, sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce of the Peoples Republic of China and organized by the China National Research Institute for the Food and Fermentation Industries.

The seminar provides government officials from developing countries with one months training in the field of food-safety macro-management.
