ESM Technologies ~ NEM® Softchew

CARTHAGE, Mo.ESM Technologies developed a soft chew delivery format featuring its NEM® brand eggshell membrane ingredient for joint health.

ESM Technologies is a manufacturer of commercialized NEM® and ESC® egg-derived wellness ingredients. The company partnered with Nutravail to develop a soft chew that incorporates NEM® into a product that meets the needs of marketers and consumers. 

NEM® contains naturally occurring glycosaminoglycans and proteins essential for maintaining healthy joints and connective tissues. A published clinical research on NEM® showed an improvement in joint comfort and flexibility in just seven to 10 days with 500 mg per day.

NEM® is often found in a once-a-day capsule form, but the small dose works well in this newly developed soft chew form and for combination formulas as well. NEM® is all-natural, generally recognized as safe (GRAS), and each single chew incorporates 500 mg of NEM® without affecting flavor or texture. 

ESM will be showcasing and sampling the cherry-flavored soft chews during SupplySide West in Las Vegas and during Food Ingredients Europe in Frankfurt.
