WASHINGTON—The FDA will hold its first meeting October 17 on the Produce Tractability Initiative. The meeting will address concerns about the scope of traceability, the costs, benefits and logistics of standardization, and FDA's role in enhancing produce traceability. A second meeting is scheduled for November 13 in Oakland, Calif.
