WASHINGTONKennys Farmhouse Cheese is recalling Kentucky Rose, Kentucky Bleu, Awe-Brie and Tomme de Nena brands of cheese in seven states because they may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration announced Oct. 2.

On Sept. 10, Forever Cheese recalled Frescolina brand ricotta salata cheese in 21 states and the District of Columbia because the cheese may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has linked the recalled cheese to three deaths and 14 hospitalizations in the United States since September.
