Fortitechs Denmark Facility Now Halal

GADSTRUP, DenmarkFortitech Europes new state-of-the-art premixmanufacturing and testing facility here was certified Halalcompliant by theIslamic Food and Nutrition Council of America (IFANCA). To be certified Halal,the facility had to meet strict Islamic guidelines dealing with hygiene, dietaryregulation, raw material processing and premix packaging. According to thecompany, there is growing demand for Halal-compliant premixes in the food,beverage and pharmaceutical industries throughout the Middle East, Europe andAfrica.
