Ganeden To Unveil Six New Probiotic Products At IFT

CLEVELANDGaneden Biotech will unveil six new partner product launches featuring its patented probiotic GanedenBC30 at the IFT 2013 Expo in Chicago.

The new products include PreGel Happy Yo Super Sprint, an instant mix for the creation of frozen yogurt that features the signature tart flavor of Yoggi 30® and its probiotic. TapOut All-In-One is an all-in-one meal replacement mix designed to provide the body nutrition so it can achieve maximum performance and results. The company will also feature its Six Star Instant Protein Smoothie which consists of a vegan-based protein formula, vitamin C, fiber and GanedenBC³⁰. BarnDad's RISE Original Instant Green Coffee with Probiotics will also be offered. It's a blend of premium Columbian coffee that contains 500 mg of green coffee extract (GCE) along with an optimal dose of the company's probiotic. Also a coffee product, Cooper Moon Probiotic Instant Coffee is a single-serve instant coffee stick pack offering the benefits of probiotics in Columbian and French vanilla varieties. Ganeden will also feature Fizz Sparkling Probiotic Lemonade, available in six flavors, it's certified organic and contains 1 billion probiotic CFUs in every bottle. The company will offer attendees samples of its probiotic coffee and tea.

In comparison to other probiotics, GanedenBC³⁰ can be baked, boiled, squeezed or frozen making it ideal for a wide range of food and beverage products. This probiotic is unique in that it's a spore-forming probiotic bacterium, meaning that it has a spore inside the bacterial cell which protects the cell's genetic material from the heat and pressure of manufacturing processes, challenges of shelf-life and the acid and bile it's exposed to during digestive transit. The company was recently granted GRAS status for its GanedenBC30 probiotic.
