TORONTO—Dicentra, a consultant specializing in regulatory strategies for north American health products, advised CCMP Capital Advisors, LLC on the acquisition of Jamieson Laboratories Ltd., a Canadian provider of vitamins, minerals and nutrition supplements.

CCMP specializes in buyout and growth equity investments in north America and Europe.  The firm specializes in consumer, energy, industrial and healthcare sectors. Dicentra conducts a thorough investigation into Jamieson's two manufacturing facilities and the quality of its products. Dicentra also audited Jamieson's compliance to health regulations in the 50 counties in which it distributes.
