MONTREALLallemand, Inc., announced the launch of Lallemand Manufacturing Services freeze-dried bacteria produced to the highest-quality standards (ISO 9001, FAMI-QS, HACCP and ICHQ7A up to GMP Pharma for finished product compliance) to its animal and human health, food and pharmaceutical customers worldwide.

Lallemand Manufacturing Services also offers access to the companys patented technology platforms for the protection of live bacteria for specific applications: STAR enterocoating technology and Probiocap microencapsulation technology.

Lallemand Manufacturing Services operates three bacteria production facilities located in Aurillac, France, Montreal and Milwaukee, offering flexible production capacities, from pilot bioreactors (2L up to 100L) for process development up to 20m3 bioreactor for large-scale fermentations.

Lallemand offers tailored solutions to accommodate the needs of its customers through a dedicated teamprocess development, scale-up, industrial production (fermentation, freeze-drying, formulation, packaging); providing anything from bulk active ingredients to ready-to-market finished products.
