Nature4Science ~ New-Gar® Organic Nutraceutical Garlic

ANAHEIM, Calif.Nature*4*Science Inc. introduced its new line of certified organic nutraceutical garlic, which will be available for sale starting Sept. 1, 2013.

"A designated field and our Zhengzhou processing plant have been certified organic by Nutricert, and we will be starting production next month to fulfill current orders," said president/CEO Mary Hasrouni AbiFadel. "Organic certification is the publics assurance that products have been grown and handled according to strict procedures without any toxic chemicals."

AbiFadel added that many Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)-approved pesticides were registered before research linked the chemicals to cancer and diseases. Organic agriculture can help prevent these chemicals from contaminating the air, earth and water.

"Organic farmers have led the way, largely at their own expense, with innovative on-farm research aimed at reducing pesticide use and minimizing agricultures impact on the environment," AbiFadel said.
