Naturex Completes FSSC 22000 Cert

AVIGNON, FranceNaturex completed the Food Safety System Certification (FSSC) 22000 certification for its New Jersey facility. During the certification, an independent certification organization audited the company's risk management plans, and supply chain and manufacturing processes.

The FSSC 22000 certification combined the international standards ISO 22000, and ISO TS 22000-1 for a high-level certification in food safety management systems.

This certification has become a leading global reference that is internationally recognized and steered by an independent ISO committee. It is trusted and respected by all of the worlds largest food & beverage groups," said Nicolas Souchon, global quality assurance director.

This week, the company was also honored as a NuW Excellence Awards finalist for its sustainability efforts with  the Naturex Foundation Jacques Dikansky.
