Novel Ingredient Services Distributes Quercegen's Quercetin

WEST CALDWELL, N.J.Quercegen Pharmaceuticals named Novel Ingredient Services as its new distributor for QU995, patented quercetin anhydrous, throughout North America.

Novel Ingredient Services is  a supplier of botanical and nutraceutical products located in New Jersey. The company will be responsible for distributing QU995 to various businesses in the dietary supplement and beverage industries.

QU995 is a GRAS (generally recognized as safe) food-grade, high-purity quercetin anhydrous powder that has been. QU995 has 1 to 4 percent moisture and and a high level quercetin per gram.

Experts reported quercetin as a potent antioxidant used to support and enhance energy metabolism, joint health, sports performance and recovery, immune function, cardiovascular health and mitochondrial biogenesis.

In January, Novel Ingredient Services was also named as KEB Biotechnology's exclusive distributor for its branded ingredient D-mannose in North America.
