Novus Intl. Acquires IQF Group

ST. LOUISNovus International, Inc. acquired the IQF Group, including Carotenoid Technologies, S.A. and Investigaciones Químicas y Farmacéuticas, S.A. based in Tarragona, Spain, and IQF-ENAMEX, S.A. de C.V. based in Córdoba, Mexico. IQF is a leader in natural feed and food carotenoid pigments, essential oils, anti-caking agents and mold inhibitors. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
