ANN ARBOR, Mich.NSF International, a not-for-profit public health and safety organization, is co-hosting the 2010 Food Safety Education Conference with the USDA, March 24-26, 2010, in Atlanta.

The conference, Advancements in Food Safety Education: Trends, Tools and Technologies, will include food-safety experts from both NSF International and USDA, as well as other key regulatory organizations including the FDA, CDC and the World Health Organization who will discuss key topics in the industry including causes of foodborne illness. Additional topics will include realities of a global food supply, food allergy trends, food safety in classrooms and social media and virtual gaming for food safety education and awareness.
