BOTHELL, Wash.--Helix BioMedix Inc., an early-stagebiotechnology company, entered into a developmental agreement with Nu SkinInternational Inc. (www.nuskinusa.com) toexplore the use of Helix BioMedix peptide in a new acne treatment from Nu Skin.Under terms of the agreement, Helix BioMedix (www.helixbiomedix.com)will receive a technology access fee and royalties based on the peptide'sperformance. The companies are currently exploring opportunities for a broaderlicensing agreement.
