Phillips Mushroom Recalls Enoki Mushrooms

KENNETT SQUARE, Pa.Phillips Mushroom Farms, a Kennett Square, Pa.., firm, is recalling enoki mushrooms that may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.
The recall involves 3.5- and 4-ounce packages and 1-pound packages of enoki mushrooms distributed to retailers and food-service channels in the United States and Canada. The mushrooms were packed in clear plastic bags with red, blue or green graphics and sold from Jan. 13-30.
