Quadra Distributes BI's Botanicals in Canada

LONG BEACH, Calif.Quadra Ingredients will serve as BI Nutraceuticals' specialty ingredient distributor in Canada to encourage BI's growth in the Canadian marketplace, according to Randy Kreinbrink, director of marketing for BI, who was hired earlier this month to increase BIs presence in the nutrascience, food and beverage marketplaces.

BI, which is looking to further expand its business globally, said Quadra's specialized sales and marketing team provide strong technical support and extensive market knowledge to various segments of the industry.

Quadras provides coast-to-coast coverage through 40 strategic stocking locations and dedicated ingredient storage facilities.

BI is a global full-service supplier of dietary supplement and functional food ingredients including whole herb powders and teas, standardized and drug ratio extracts, custom blends, vitamins, minerals, drum to hopper custom blends, granular ingredients and other specialty processes including time released and encapsulated ingredients.
