Sabina Serves GRAS Ingredients in Fresh Food

LAS VEGASA chef will prepare Sabinsas GRAS (generally recognized as safe) ingredients in several dishes for attendees to try at the Natural Product Association MarketPlace trade show in the Las Vegas Convention Center on June 24 and 25. Showing how functional ingredients can be added to nonpackaged food, dishes to be served at the food demo include Lemon Ginger Slush (with Saberry and Cococin), Cobbler Crumble Topping (with Cococin) with Healthy Top Whipped Nuts (with LactoSpore®) and fresh berries, and Coconut Shrimp with Black Bean and Mango Salad (with Curcumin C3 Complex® and Cococin).

LactoSpore is Sabinsas shelf stable probiotic, which produces only L (+) Lactic Acid, and is metabolized to glycogen. Cococin, coconut water solids provides a vitamins, minerals and amino acids. Curcumin C3 Complex, made with curcuma longa (turmeric) extract, is an antioxidant that quenches and prevents the formation of free radicals. And Saberry (emblica officinalis)  is a traditional amla extract with newly discovered biomarkers, which functions as an antioxidant superfruit and  adaptogen

This demo will take place on the show floor Friday 12 to 1 p.m. and Saturday 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Sabinsa booth # 825.
