Sensient Names Director of Quality, Product Safety

MILWAUKEESensient Technologies Corp. promoted Mark Goldschmidt to corporate director of quality and product safety. He joined the company in 2005 as quality manger, Food Colors U.S. and was most recently director of quality control and product safety for Sensient's Color Group.

As leader of the Color Group, Goldschmidt instituted consistent and effective quality controls and product safety systems, in addition to helping develop the group's new product development process. He has an MBA from Washington University and a bachelor's degree and master's degree in chemistry from Saint Louis University. He is also an active member in the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
