Skippy Peanut Butter recalled over salmonella
Due to potential Salmonella contamination, Unilever United States Inc. announced a recall of its Skippy peanut butter.

WASHINGTON
Unilever United States Inc. announced a recall of Skippy® Reduced Fat Creamy Peanut Butter Spread and Skippy® Reduced Fat Super Chunk Peanut Butter Spread because the products may be contaminated with Salmonella, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced March 4.
The recall involves 16.3-ounce plastic jars of Skippy® Reduced Fat Creamy Peanut Butter Spread and Skippy® Reduced Fat Super Chunk Peanut Butter Spread distributed to retailers in Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Iowa, Maine, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Wisconsin.
