Smoked Salmon Recalled in 14 States Over Listeria

WASHINGTON Delifish S.A., a business unit of Marine Harvest USA, has expanded its recall of cold, smoked salmon products in 14 U.S. states and Puerto Rico because the fish may be contaminated with Listeria, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced.
The recalled products were sold at retail stores in California, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, Washington and Puerto Rico.
The affected products include Food Service Cold Smoked Salmon Trim 1-pound; 6-ounce Royal Fjord Smoked Toppers; Royal Fjord Sliced Smoked Salmon Loin, 12- to 14ounces and 5-pound cold smoked pieces; Royal Fjord 5-ounce rounds; 4-ounce New England Smoked Salmon; 3-ounce Pacific Supreme; 20-ounce Sams Club 2- to 3-pound Icy Point; 8-ounce Lassco Select Gourmet; 3-ounce Bacon Lascco; 5-pound Natural Trimming; 4-pound Trimming with preservatives; 6-ounce Party Platter; 16-ounce Nova (Wheel); 4-ounce Nova Lascco; 8-ounce Nathan; 3-ounce Nathans; and 4-ounce 3 Star.
