Taylor Farms Issues Salad Recall in 23 States

WASHINGTONIn response to the Oct. 26 expansion of Reser's Fine Foods recall of ready-to-eat chicken, ham and beef salad products over concerns of potential Listeria monocytogenes contamination, Taylor Farms issued a secondary recall to cover a broader group of food products.

Taylor Farms Florida, Inc., Taylor Farms Illinois, Inc., Taylor Farms Maryland, Inc., Taylor Farms Texas, Inc. and Taylor Farms Tennessee, Inc. are recalling 5,000 units of broccoli salad products in 23 states sold to retailers and foodservice establishments. Production dates range from Oct. 23 to Nov. 7, 2013.
