USDA Releases Isoflavone Content Database

WASHINGTON─The USDA has released a database for isoflavone content of 557 food items. Isoflavones included in the database are daidzein, genistein, glycitein and total isoflavones. Other phytoestrogens included in the database are coumestrol, biochanin A, and formononetin.
