MIDDLETOWN, Conn.—RHG & Co. dba Vital Nutrients received a warning letter from FDA outlining serious concerns about product labeling and claims. FDA noted, “the unlawful disease treatment and prevention claims on your website were too numerous to list in this letter;” however, the agency cited as examples claims made for DMSA, coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) and glucosamine that would be considered drug claims, making the products unapproved new drugs, as well as misbranded products.
