Wellnx Sued Over Alleged Consumer Fraud

BOSTON--A case now pending in U.S. District Court in Boston alleges Wellnx Life Sciences, Mississauga, Ontario, deceived consumers with false claims about the efficacy of its weight loss products, including NV, Slimquick and Liquid Hoodia. In a release, Sugarman, Rogers, Barshak & Cohen P.C., one of the lead plaintiff attorneys, claim consumers were misled with unsupported claims about rapid weight loss.
